Meet the Team

Dr Rob Graham

Dr Rob enjoys every day as a veterinarian – meeting and working with devoted animal owners to improve the health of their companions. Growing up in the suburbs of Perth in the 60’s/70’s Dr Rob fell in love with country life, whilst riding horses as a young boy in Waroona.

He has spent all his career living in the country and working in mixed animal practice, and still gets out into the ‘fields’ of the Great Southern and even Yorkshire – each June.

Dr Rob is equally very happy to be working with the very caring team at Lockyer Avenue Veterinary Hospital – tending to the small animals in ‘All Creatures Great and Small’. Dr Rob is inspired by the people he works with and for, as he fully realises the commitment of both the team at Lockyer Avenue Veterinary Hospital and our clients have, in caring for their pets.

Greg graduated from Murdoch University’s fourth graduating class of 1982. Greg moved to Albany soon after graduation and has been based here ever since – owning his own practice for 26 years, whilst also working in the UK, all over Australia and has done voluntary work in India. Greg has recently been lured back from retirement to help out at LAVH.

Greg loves to mentor young vets and nurses and enjoys a surgical challenge now and then. He thrives in a team environment.

Dr Milly Watts

Dr Milly grew up on a sheep & crop farm in Pingelly, WA. This fostered her love of animals at a young age. Having recently graduated , the move to Albany has been ideal, as she enjoys both the rural and coastal lifestyles that Albany has to offer. Milly’s hobbies include hiking, adventuring with her border Collie, Rosie, and going to the beach. When she cant be outside, she likes to cook, sew and read.

Milly has found life as a veterinarian both rewarding and exciting, where no two days are the same, and she has the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our clients. She feels very fortunate to be starting her career in a clinic that offers such high quality care, while working alongside a friendly team of vets and nurses.
