Home Visits

We offer a mobile veterinary service where our vet can examine and/or treat your pet in the comfort of your home. However, for more extensive diagnostics or examinations we may ask you to bring your pet to the practice or we can transport your pet to the practice if you are unable to.

If you have a simple task that you need help with, our vet nurses can visit you and your pet at home to help with nail clips, medicating, stitches removal, etc.

Pickup and Delivery Service

Some pets are easier to examine away from their home environment, so we also offer a pick up and drop off service. Once at the practice your pet will be examined by the vet and the findings and results will be discussed with you before any further treatment or testing is done. After treatment, your pet will be delivered back to your home by one of our vet nurses.

After Hours Emergency Service

Should you require urgent veterinary care outside of our normal business hours please call 0407 817 411.

An after-hour duty veterinarian is available for emergency consultations Monday – Friday from 6pm – 8am the following day. Saturdays from 12noon – 8am on the following Monday
